- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If there is a way to give no stars at all I would have chosen to do so. The customer service and negligence of such is utterly appalling. I called and a man named Ed answered, who appears to be the owner. I asked a simple question; Why has my fiancee been paying double rates from what we've found online? After all, they are paid to find the cheapest rates for us. He hung up on me. I called in a complaint to customer service as well as writing this review in hopes that no one will EVER visit this company for assistance. I promise you that you can find cheaper rates yourself with Google. I am almost positive nothing will be done about this because they are a small company and have apparently been thriving on the money of many families in the area.
